Return and Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refunds. Your full payment minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded if your claim is granted.
Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will re-run and ship the job at no charge. 199print.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. On a case-by-case basis we will investigate and determine if the damage was due to negligence on our part. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.835.1228 during normal business hours so we can handle your request.
Please note that no refunds or returns will be granted for color variation. Remember, the color you see on your monitor could be slightly different than the color printed on paper. Also note that if you upload files which contain RGB (Red/Green/Blue) images, that these images must be converted to CYMK (Cyan/Yellow/Magenta/Black) for printing. This could affect the color reproduction. RGB images are unacceptable for color offset printing. RGB graphics -- such as images from a web site or a digital camera -- are only intended for viewing on a computer screen.
