Color Variation

Because only online proofs are available (no hardcopy proofs), there is no guarantee that printed color will be exactly the same as the online color. We will give your job individual attention. We'll do our absolute best to match the colors in your proof - however, monitors do vary and ink is different than pixels.

As a 199print.com customer you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be authorized for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

Shipping Information

199print.com uses DHL Worldwide Express for all shipping. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, or for any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, 199print.com, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.

You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) and text being reproduced on your order.
